By Karen Clifton — Hate seeing the “sold out” sign hanging in the window? Forgot to buy your ticket ahead of time? Running low on cash?
The GlenOak athletic department is selling a variety of sport ticket packages for fans of all ages. Passes can be used year-round for admission to any Plain Local athletic event (grade 7 through varsity).
“Passes can be bought through the ticket office or athletic office,” athletic director Mary Frisbee said.
Students interested in purchasing the “Student Golden Eagle Athletic Pass” (student admission to any home Plain Local event) for $50 could have savings up to $250 a year.
Adults interested in purchasing the “Adult Athletic Pass” for $75 (general admission to any sporting event, excluding football) could save up to $400 off gate prices (other adult packages are also available).
“The pass, similar to a teacher badge, is a thick card with a personal ID number,” Frisbee said. “Passes will be shown to entrance workers at the gate.”
