Red Stew Recipe

  • 2 large tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 large onions (sliced)                                                         
  • 2 large bell peppers (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Pinch of ginger
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 and 3/4ths cups of lamb stock
  • 1 tsp of curry powder
  • Two teaspoons of Dry Thyme
  • 1 Maggi Cube
  • Pinch of Salt to taste 
  • Meat cooks separately for 30 minutes to soften*  


     Fufu Recipe                             

  • Peel Skin of cassava with Potato peeler or Knife   
  •   Cut peeled cassava small enough where it can be blended
  • Put in blender till smooth batter-like consistency is formed
  • Transfer into pot on low heat and stir until thickened
  • (Optional) You can choose to wrap in ceram wrap or foil for it to be served
